Once the order is ready, it will be sent to our partner warehouse. After the package arrives at our partner warehouse, the tracking number will be updated and forwarded to the local carrier, such as EZPOST, for final delivery.
IMPORTANT: The delivery timeframe starts from when you receive the tracking number and not when the order was placed. While we always do our best to ensure the postal service and courier will deliver your parcel within that advertised timeframe, it is possible that delays might happen due to circumstances that are out of our control.
