If your payment was declined during checkout, it may be due to several factors:

- You could be using a card that isn’t supported by Visa. While our system supports debit cards, please note that a Debit Visa card is required for international transactions.
- Your bank-issued card might not be compatible with our payment systems. We recommend contacting your bank for more information.
If none of these issues apply, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. If the issue continues, consider using PayPal, as it supports most cards globally and offers flexibility.
You can also complete your payment through PayPal without creating an account by using your credit or debit card. Just follow these steps:
1.At checkout, click the yellow “Express Checkout” PayPal button at the top. A pop-up will appear.
2.At the bottom of the pop-up, select the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card as a guest” option.
3.Enter your payment details and finalize the transaction.
