If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, we can easily cancel it and provide a full refund. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order status is marked as “Processing,” cancellation is no longer an option.
If your pre-order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications. You will need to wait for the item to arrive, then contact us with photos and the reason for your return. After we receive your return request, one of our representatives will give you further instructions on how to proceed.
