If your package is on its way back to us due to shipping issues or for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days after we receive it for our Quality Assurance Team to check its condition and update our system. We will email you and process your refund as soon as possible.
The refund will go back to your original payment method, and you should see it in your account within 8-15 business days, depending on your bank. If you don’t see the refund on your statement two weeks after our email, please contact your bank directly or reach out to us for assistance.
